Corporate Staff Training

• ALBA's corporate staff training programme is a successful educational programme in Myanmar. Through this programme, customized training (in various subjects that include General English, Business English, Ethics, International Communication, Public Speaking, Customer Services, etc.) of different levels are provided to corporate local staff of various major corporations, Embassies and NGOs in Myanmar.
• ALBA is the most experienced educational institute which is specialized in providing various levels of corporate trainings. Currently, ALBA has provided nearly 200 numbers of American Embassy's staff, 150 numbers of Air Bagan's staff, 200 numbers of staff from ICRC (International Committee of the Red Cross) and staff of several international and local organizations with different levels of trainings under three-month, six-month and one-year contracts.

• Every training is provided only by experienced and qualified native English-speaking Teachers and an assessment and progress reports of each student is submitted to his or her respective organizations.
• Quality of corporate trainings at ALBA is ensured through mutual assessment surveys conducted every three months.
